Mutual Frontier — Disclosures

Membership in Mutual Frontier involves participation in a private pooled capital structure combining collective protection and investment activities. Capital contributions made by Members are subject to substantial risk, including the possible partial or complete loss of capital. Membership interests are not registered with any public securities authority, are not publicly traded, are subject to restrictions on transfer, and no secondary market is expected to develop. Members must be able to bear the economic risk of participation for an indefinite duration without reliance on liquidity.

Capital contributed by Members is pooled and deployed to support the structural stability, protection obligations, and operational continuity of the Mutual Frontier program. The availability, timing, and amount of any return of capital depend on multiple factors, including investment performance, protection events affecting Members, operating costs, liquidity requirements, and structural reserves. There is no assurance that any Member will recover all or any portion of their contributed capital.

Mutual Frontier may invest pooled capital in a range of public and private assets, including but not limited to equities, fixed income instruments, asset-backed instruments, private credit, cash equivalents, real assets, and other financial or contractual interests. These investments are subject to market risk, interest rate risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, valuation risk, operational risk, and systemic risk. Investment values may fluctuate materially, and adverse economic, financial, regulatory, or environmental conditions may impair capital.

Protection obligations arise from events affecting Members and are funded from pooled capital. The frequency, severity, and correlation of such events cannot be predicted. Multiple or severe events may materially impair pooled capital and reduce the ability of Mutual Frontier to preserve or return Member capital. Structural risk mitigation mechanisms are designed to improve resilience but cannot eliminate risk.

Valuation of Member capital balances and underlying investments may involve estimates, assumptions, and models that may not reflect realizable value. Certain investments may be illiquid or lack observable market pricing. Reported valuations may change materially and may differ from realized outcomes.

Mutual Frontier operates as a private contractual mutual capital structure and is not an insurance company, bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment company. Membership interests do not constitute insurance policies, bank deposits, or guaranteed financial instruments, and are not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), or any governmental or private entity.
